Shipping
MUST READ: Our shipping times are roughly 5-15 business days after fulfillment. Fulfillment turnarounds are typically 1-2 days after purchase. If 15 days have passed on your order, please reach out using the chat button on the bottom right corner of the website
If the product is not received, we cannot process returns until after 90 days but we can attempt to locate it!
Tracking
Tracking for purchases are on a contact basis. We will not send out tracking numbers unless they're asked for. Please use the bottom right chat option to track your package!

Problem with Free Hat
The Free hats are limited to one per person, this was stated in the product description and in a pop up prior to purchase. If the hat has already been shipped, was CANNOT accept any returns on the product. This is done to allow for as many hats to be sent out as possible.
